Whimsy Lane Happenings is a community built to connect small businesses with shoppers who love discovering unique products, local makers, and meaningful experiences. Through our online events and supportive community, we help businesses grow while making it easy for shoppers to find and support the people behind the products.

Our story began in 2013, when we started hosting in-person vendor markets and community events throughout the Treasure Valley, Idaho. Over the years, we've proudly hosted more than 50 in-person events while simultaneously building an online event community that continued to grow alongside them.

In 2017, our events officially became Ocean Wave Events, LLC, allowing us to expand both our in-person and virtual offerings. When the world changed in 2020, we shifted our focus almost entirely online and discovered just how powerful virtual communities could be. Since then, we've hosted over 100 online events, showcased more than 300 small businesses, and helped thousands of shoppers discover and support small businesses through our Facebook communities.

Today, Whimsy Lane Happenings proudly continues that journey as the community-focused branch of Bjol Collective. While we now operate exclusively online through Facebook, our mission remains the same: creating welcoming spaces where businesses can be seen, shoppers can discover something special, and genuine connections can flourish.
